Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) – Terms & Conditions

At Catalyc, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide customers with a convenient and secure way to shop. By selecting Partial COD at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Partial Payment Structure

* Customers are required to pay 25% of the total order value in advance at the time of placing the order.
* The remaining 75% of the order value must be paid at the time of delivery.
* Orders will be processed and dispatched after successful confirmation of the advance payment.
* The advance payment will be adjusted against the total order amount.

2. Shipping and Additional Charges

* Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
* Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping in accordance with Catalyc’s shipping policy.
* Any applicable COD or payment-processing charges will be disclosed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
* Customers are responsible for paying the remaining order balance and any applicable charges at delivery.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

* Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting Catalyc’s customer support.
* Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
* The advance payment may be non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or fails to accept the order or pay the remaining balance.
* If Catalyc is unable to fulfil the order, the advance payment will be refunded in full.
* Refunds for eligible cancellations, returns, or other approved cases will be processed in accordance with Catalyc’s applicable refund and return policies and applicable law.

4. Failed Delivery or Refusal to Accept

* Customers are expected to be available to receive their orders and pay the outstanding balance upon delivery.
* If a customer refuses to accept the order, is unavailable for delivery, provides incorrect address details, or declines to pay the remaining amount, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
* In such cases, the advance payment may be retained to cover shipping, handling, and return-related costs, subject to applicable law.
* Repeated failed deliveries or refusals may result in restrictions on the customer’s eligibility for future COD orders.

5. Order Confirmation and Verification

* Catalyc reserves the right to contact customers to verify order details before processing.
* Orders with incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may be delayed or cancelled.
* Catalyc reserves the right to decline a Partial COD order where verification fails or where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or abusive ordering behaviour.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

* Partial COD orders are subject to Catalyc’s standard Return and Exchange Policy.
* Any approved refund will be calculated based on the amount paid and the applicable policy.
* Customers must follow the official return or exchange process available on the Catalyc website.

7. Policy Updates

Catalyc reserves the right to modify this Partial COD policy when necessary. The applicable terms will be communicated through the website. Any changes will be subject to applicable law.
